Statements of Faith

We believe the Bible to be the only inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God.

We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His bodily future return to this earth in power and glory.

We believe that man was created in the image of God, that sin entered the world through the disobedience of one man, Adam. Adam's disobedience caused him to experience physical, spiritual and eternal death or separation from God. As a result, mankind is born with a sinful nature and is in need of a Savior.

We believe the only means of being cleansed and freed from one's sinful nature is through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.

We believe that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation.

We believe that the redemptive work of Jesus Christ's death on the cross provides healing for the physical body, as well as salvation for the soul.

We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling, the Christian is enabled to live a holy life.

We believe in the baptism or In-filling of the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, which is given to believers who ask for it.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation.

We believe in Baptism by immersion in water (Matthew 28:19) or (Acts 2:38) and it shall be administered to all those who have repented of their sins and who have believed on the Lord Jesus Christ to the saving of their souls, and who give clear evidence of their salvation. Romans. 6:3-5; Col. 2:12.

We believe in the Ordinance of the Lord's Supper and it shall be observed regularly as enjoined by the Scriptures.
Luke 22:19-20; 1 Cor. 11:23-26.
